PRACTICE: Guided meditation

Join Collective Being facilitator Mykah for this guided, trauma-informed meditation focusing on the theme ‘allow and accept’. For this practice, you could be lying down, seated, or even walking if that is more supportive for you.

During a trauma-informed meditation practice, you are welcome to pause, stop or adapt at any time. If you notice any sensations or thoughts that feel destabilising, you might like to return to somatic practices such as self-massage, gentle spinal rolls, shaking, or self-holding.

With care,

The Collective Being team
