We run free and low-cost programs for people navigating stress, trauma and disconnection.

Our programs are held in everyday spaces like hospitals, housing estates, neighbourhood centres and schools. You don’t need a diagnosis or referral - just interest.

Body-based, trauma-informed support that’s accessible to all.

Our programs are designed for people who:

  • Have experienced trauma or chronic stress

  • Feel excluded from traditional mental health care

  • Want gentle, body-based support to feel more regulated, connected or grounded

We work with adults, children, young people and families - including people seeking asylum and refuge, hospital patients, people who are incarcerated, and frontline workers.

All programs use movement, breath, mindfulness and relational practices to support nervous system regulation and community connection. No experience is needed.

How to join a program

Some of our programs are free and delivered in partnership with community, clinical and health services. Others are open to the public and may have a fee that enables us to keep the work going.

You can:

  • Join directly if you see a public program listed on our What's On page that interests you

  • Ask your worker or service provider if you’ve been referred to a program, or would like to use NDIS, FAS (previously VOC) or other forms of funding

  • Refer someone with their consent

  • Contact us if you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you find the right option.

Please note: Programs run in different locations throughout the year. Some are drop-in, others require registration.
