Team Wellbeing
We support the care workforce, including community workers, educators, health professionals and peer workers, through body-based, trauma-informed support and training.
Our education work centres nervous system literacy, movement and mindfulness tools, and relational approaches that translate into frontline care.
Our approach
Unresolved stress can lead to burnout, exhaustion, and reduced capacity to engage meaningfully in work and life. Our Team Wellbeing Programs are grounded in an understanding of the stress response cycle—how the body processes and resolves stress—and the barriers that often prevent completion of this cycle in high-pressure work environments.
Through accessible, evidence-informed micro-practices, we help staff:
Recognise signs of chronic stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue;
Engage in simple, effective practices that support completion of the stress response cycle;
Sustain their capacity to care and work well, without depleting themselves.
We have delivered wellbeing programs and workshops for teams at Anglicare Victoria, Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, Banksia Gardens, Brotherhood of St Laurence, Coles, Free to Feed, Good Shepherd, National Gallery of Victoria, Tenants Victoria and more.

Our program model
We offer adaptable, trauma-informed workshops and programs, designed to meet the unique needs of each workplace.
Our model integrates:
Evidence-informed psycho-education about stress, resilience and regulation
Mindfulness-based movement and breath-work to regulate the nervous system;
Somatic practices that complete the stress response cycle and restore equilibrium;
Practical strategies to embed sustainable wellbeing habits in daily work life.
Program format
Whether delivered as a one-off session or an ongoing wellbeing strategy, our programs equip teams with tools to navigate stress, maintain resilience, and cultivate a culture of care.
Programs can be delivered online or in-person, and content can be adapted into weekly, monthly or quarterly formats.
Team Wellbeing FAQs
-
Team Wellbeing sessions can be delivered online or in-person. Each session will focus on a theme, integrating psycho-education and micro-practices for nervous system regulation and wellbeing.
-
Depending on the team, we work with groups as small as five, through to large teams in their hundreds.
-
Sessions can be held online or in-person. For in-person sessions, Collective Being can arrange a studio space, or we can deliver sessions in your workplace.
-
We offer both! Generally, programs run weekly, monthly or quarterly. We find that this creates a sense of rhythm for those attending.
