Outreach
Trauma-informed somatic care, delivered where it’s needed most.
Our outreach programs bring movement, mindfulness, and nervous system education to people and communities who experience barriers to traditional mental health support. We partner with hospitals, housing providers, prisons, schools and community organisations to deliver free structured and drop-in programs where people need them most.
