What we do

We deliver trauma-informed movement and mindfulness programs for people often excluded from mainstream mental health support.

Utilising an evidence-based model, our programs support people to regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with themselves and others, and feel more grounded in their daily lives.

Our goal is to equip people with the tools to feel more present, connected, and in control of their wellbeing — especially when trauma and stress have impacted mental and physical health.

We understand that chronic stress, trauma, and mental ill-health are shaped by systemic and structural conditions. We are committed to dismantling barriers to wellbeing, through culturally responsive, accessible, neurodivergent-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming practice.

When delivered in partnership with community, justice, and health services, our programs are always free for participants to attend.

Our Approach

Body-Based

Our body-based approach focuses on nervous system regulation and the reclamation of agency, safety and rest after stress and trauma, through evidence-informed mindfulness and movement-based practices.

Trauma-Informed

We acknowledge the diverse and painful experiences of trauma endured by people and communities. Our trauma-informed approach supports participants to heal and build resilience. We resist re-traumatisation by applying an intersectional, relational and systemic lens to our work.

Community-Centred

Research shows that we stay well together. We utilise an evidence-based therapeutic groupwork model that supports people to build resilience, reconnect with their bodies, and strengthen their mental health, together.
