Child & Youth Programs
At Collective Being, we create safe, inclusive spaces for children and young people to reconnect with their bodies, manage stress, and build emotional resilience.
Through our body-based, trauma-informed programs, we support participants to develop practical tools for navigating big feelings, settling the nervous system, and strengthening their sense of safety and agency. Our child and youth work is responsive, strengths-based, and grounded in current research on stress, trauma and wellbeing.
We partner with schools, housing services and community organisations to deliver two dedicated programs: Soma Play for children aged 5–12, and Soma Skills for teens and young adults. Both programs are movement-based, accessible, and designed to meet the unique needs of each group.
Whether we’re guiding a group of kids through playful body-awareness games, or supporting young people to develop tools for emotional regulation, our aim is the same: to create safe and positive experiences whilst fostering transferable wellbeing skills.
